PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN TICKETING POLICY FOR VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON EVENTS

The NYC Arts in Education Roundtable is dedicated to making Face to Face 2022 accessible to our entire community by addressing the barrier that conference fees may present, especially due to the effects of the ongoing pandemic. We are offering a pay-what-you-can model to all conference attendees for our virtual conference offerings. We hope that attendees who are able to pay the full or a partial amount of the $30 suggested admission will do so, knowing that their support contributes directly to future Roundtable programming, initiatives, and advocacy for the arts education field.

If ticket prices present a barrier to participation to in-person events, please complete THIS FORM to request a subsidized ticket for one of the in-person days. Requests will be addressed on a first come, first served basis.

IN-PERSON FACE TO FACE EVENTS

In-person Face to Face days will take place at the Queens Museum on April 12th from 11:00am-6:00pm and at Mark Morris Dance Group on April 21st from 11:00am-6:00pm. Early Bird in-person registrations are each $40.00 for members of the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable or $80 for non-members. Early Bird registration will end on March 25th, after which in-person registrations will be $50 per event for Roundtable members and $90 per event for non-members. If you have any questions, please contact Programming and Membership Manager Kinsey Keck at kkeck@nycaieroundtable.org. COVID-19 VACCINATION PROTOCOL FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS

All in-person Face to Face participants 12 years and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., two weeks following receiving both doses of a two-dose vaccine or a single dose of a one-dose vaccine with a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use by the FDA or WHO). Participants are also required to wear masks at all times (except when actively eating and drinking) at all in-person conference events.

If you or a family member has been recently exposed to Covid-19 or is experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, please stay home and contact the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable at info@nycaieroundtable.org.

PLEASE NOTE: The NYC Arts in Education Roundtable is closely monitoring the current COVID-19 case level and situation in the NYC area. We will continue to assess applicable health and safety directives and guidance regarding COVID-19 as that information evolves. The COVID-19 safety policies for Face to Face (including the protocols of host venues Queens Museum and Mark Morris Dance Group) are subject to change but will be clearly communicated to all in-person registrants.

ACCESSIBILITY

The NYC Arts in Education Roundtable is committed to providing opportunities for everyone to participate in our programming. All virtual Face to Face sessions will include live ASL interpretation and automatic closed captioning via Zoom. All in-person Face to Face conference events will take place at ADA-compliant venues, but will not have live ASL interpretation or CART services unless requested. If you have any questions or additional needs, please contact Programming and Membership Manager Kinsey Keck at kkeck@nycaieroundtable.org.
