***PLEASE NOTE: Early Bird registration is open only to Members of the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable, students, NYC Public Schools & NYSED Teachers seeking CTLE credit, and those who wish to attend only the virtual conference.

Please review the event policies page on our website and the following information carefully before registering. Masks are welcome but not required at all in-person conference events. Vaccination and/or negative COVID test results will NOT be required to attend Face to Face 2024 in person.
ACCESSIBILITY
The NYC Arts in Education Roundtable is committed to providing opportunities for everyone to participate in our programming. All virtual Face to Face sessions will include live ASL interpretation and automatic closed captioning via Zoom. All in-person Face to Face conference days will take place at Shepard Hall at the City College of NY, a fully ADA-compliant venue, but these events will not have live ASL interpretation or CART services unless requested. CTLE CREDIT
For the first time in Face to Face history, the Roundtable is thrilled to be able to offer New York State CTLE credit for in-person attendance to the conference. Due to programming schedules at the conference, CTLE hours will be offered as follows:
- Day 1 (Wednesday, April 24): 6 hours of CTLE credit will be available for attendance
- Day 2 (Thursday, April 25): 7 hours of CTLE credit will be available for attendance
- 13 hours of CTLE credit in total will be available for attendance at both days of the in-person conference
At this time, we are unable to offer CTLE credit for attending virtual conference offerings.
Attendees seeking CTLE credit will be able to request it using the post-event survey shared at the conference and in email follow ups. You must complete this request after attending the conference. Attendees are responsible for ensuring they check in at the registration desk each day of the conference in order to verify in-person attendance. Please note, expressing interest in CTLE credit at the time of registration will not be sufficient for us to process credits.
